How to Perform a Search

The search tool allows users to perform simple or advanced searches based on authors and illustrators, titles, and different keywords. To complete a simple search, enter any one word and click "Submit." Titles matching the search for all ages will appear. To complete an advanced search with up to three words, click "Advanced Search" and use the dropdown menu to select from the categories keyword, title, subject, or author/illustrator.

Search results will display titles for all ages unless you first specify a particular age group. To narrow your age range, choose one from the left-hand side of the screen. Titles will appear in order of the most recent publication date, then alphabetically.

For your convenience, search results will display icons you can click on for downloading, printing, and sharing.
